These Continuous Fusing Machines are fitted with PTFE coated conveyor belts. The N Series are specifically designed to prevent shrinkage issue in soft and elastomeric fabrics. Maximum pressure 10KG. They employ a pneumatic cylinder system making sure pressure is applied evenly throughout. The machines are equipped with automatic fault detection which facilitates easy repair. They employ a three-zone heating system and are fitted with an automatic conveyor belt tracking system. They also use a dual-scraper (upper and lower) design to ensure clean removal of the fused laminates from the conveyor belt. These machines are equipped with automatic temperature control and can activate an automatic cooling-shutdown function when not in use. The machine is equipped with movable rollers to make it easier to carry.
