This machine integrates cutting, folding, shaping, arranging, ultrasonic welding, and automatic collection functions, streamlining and optimizing the production process. It is equipped with 6 single cutting stations and 2 movable folding units on both sides of the WLS- 302Z2, allowing flexible combination of up to six care labels, enriching the structure of the final product. It supports the flexible combination of care labels with various widths and lengths, ensuring a neat and organized layout. With rhythmic mode and synchronization of all six workstations, it is especially suitable for producing multi - layer care labels. The machine allows for either fixed length settings or color mark sensor detection to determine label tape length.
The WLS-302Z1 and Z2 are advanced machines designed for the efficient production of multi-layer wash care labels. They support processing up to 6 labels at once with ultrasonic bonding, hot/cold cutting, and fully automated feeding, cutting, and stacking.
