This machine is designed for the fusing of multiple wash care labels used in the textile and garment industries. It fills a gap in the industry where there is a lack of automation and which is prone to errors and low productivity when manually sewn. Our WLS series has a fully automatic feeder system which transports the labels into the automatic lifting tray to facilitate the pick-up, the number of wash care labels can be adjusted based on production requirements. Our intuitive design is user-friendly, includes a touch screen, graphical interface, missing wash care label detection and automatic pause. We offer support for multi-language and remote connectivity. Easy to operate, no skilled workers required.

It is equipped with ultrasonic fusing, different soldered dots are available to choose according to customers’ needs. WLS-302 has six label stations. It takes up to 6 seconds to compete fusing. It is equipped with automatic feeding, cutting, automatic pick-up and accumulation. The cutting machine adopts hot and cold working mode to ensure the cutting effect.
