Tapes are commonly added to shirt side seams, sleeve cuffs, and shoulder seams to embellish edges, reduce wrinkles, and offer shape. Tapes are a sort of lining that refines wrinkly seams by acting as the shirt's backbone to keep its form. This shoulder seam shaping machine is suitable for pressing shirt sleeve and waist seams before stitching. It employs automatic air pressure to create equal pressure, and the lower mold has a suction function to help flatten the cloth. An automatic temperature control system assures forced cooling when overheating, and a safety device requires both hands to press down, making operation simple and without requiring professional employees. It can process 180-230 pieces per hour. Customer are required to provide samples for preparing molds when ordering.
