For the best possible adhesion, this fabric fusing machine employs distinct two-stage air pressure to distribute pressure uniformly on the drum. Maximum pressure 5 KG. Its two-stage heating system is computer-controlled, enabling precise temperature control while monitoring heat generation, belt correction, and pressure. The feeding conveyor is fitted with guide plates enabling multiple rolls of long and narrow materials to be fed and fused alongside each other without interference. It automatically detects abnormalities for easier troubleshooting. After high-temperature bonding, its cooling system uses air conditioning and ventilation to rapidly cool and shape the bound material. It also has a surface and film removal technology that removes surface adhesives from heat-melted glue efficiently. The machine has moveable wheels to make it easier to transport. It is suitable for bonding entire rolls of woven tapes.
