This machine applies film/adhesive to the foundation fabric or elastic strap, which is then used for edge hemming or binding. It has a cutting knife, tape slot preheating, and hot air blowing to ensure quick output and consistent quality. The roller pressure can be adjusted, and the independent temperature adjustment for heating trough allows for precise control of the laminating process. The touch screen operation control is programmable, and the machine offers independent adjustment of air volume and temperature for blowing air. The upper and lower rollers can adjust the speed independently, and ten shrinkage rate programs can be stored, providing flexibility and customization options for a variety of production needs. The OP-115 adhesive tape transfer machine is suitable for use in gluing seamless pants, sweatshirts, seamless bras, swimsuits, cycling suits, and outdoor clothing, among others. Used in curved processes such as seamless lingerie, corsets, shoes and socks for easy turning, mainly for large curves.
