Oshima's OP-114 is an edge-bonding machine that is designed for various types of garments, including women's underwear, shirts, and functional clothing like cycling jerseys, windbreakers, swimsuits, and sportswear. This device includes four separate heating systems, positioned above and below, to ensure consistent heating for the best adhesive outcomes. The product's airflow functionality and belt pressure can be adjusted, and it includes a user-friendly digital display. Users have the option to adjust the rotation speed of the belts, and the system can store up to 10 sets of operating parameters. The machine features a 5.7-inch touchscreen, enhancing the convenience of operations.
