Fabric Fusing Machine

The conveyor belt of our continuous fusing machine is PTFE coated to prevent fabric from sticking. It employs a three times stronger pneumatic cylinder system to ensure that pressure is distributed equally throughout. The maximum pressure is 5kg. It features a bigger preheating zone (2-3 times greater than average) to preserve fabrics. This machine has a 9-zone PID temperature control heating system. While not in use, it can activate an automatic cooling-shutdown mechanism. This machine has a dual-scraper (upper and lower) design to ensure clean removal of fused laminates from the conveyor belt. It also has an autonomous shutdown option to guard against overheating. With casters fitted, it may be easily relocated to accommodate changing production demands. The machine includes movable wheels to make transporting it simpler.
